After integration, we spend 4 weeks with your team on product training. Our white-glove, personalized approach to onboarding involves pairing you with a dedicated engineer, customer success manager, and member of our executive team throughout the process.
Bikky pulls all available historical data - typically at least 2 years - during the onboarding process. This gives you and your team a starting point to understand performance across your most important guest metrics, including traffic, frequency, and retention.
We build and update guest records according to a guest’s credit card token, email address, or phone number. If we find matches for guests across channels, we automatically deduplicate the data and add the transaction, reservation, or marketing engagement to the existing guest profile.
Yes, depending on the third-party provider or your order aggregator. Available data can range from a guest’s phone number, to their physical address, to a unique, tokenized identifier.
Depending on your tech stack, Bikky can track up to 90% of your guests and their transactions. This gives restaurants a much more complete picture of guest behavior and the impact of your marketing, menu, and operational decisions.
Unfortunately, some third-party delivery platforms do not make guest data available to the broader industry. We also cannot track cash transactions, since they lack the guest identifiers (credit card token, email address, phone number) needed to build a profile. We do however still ingest data from these sources to provide accurate revenue, menu item, and comp sales reporting.
No, the full cost is only a per-store, per-month subscription for access to our product.
Our goal is to work with your tech stack out of the box, but sometimes that’s not the case. In those instances, our sales and engineering team will happily explore how we can access the data we need for you to successfully launch with Bikky - before you sign a contract with us. After signing, we’ll start building the integration, which typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. This is of course done at no extra charge.
All data is reflected in your dashboard within 2 to 24 hours of us receiving it, depending on the integration. For most of our POS and online ordering integrations, we have direct API access so data is sent to us in real time. For other providers, like reservations or loyalty, data is sent to us nightly. After we receive the data, we clean, standardize, and de-duplicate it before adding it to your Bikky dashboard.
